The tours below are to the Blue Lagoon, a sightseeing tour of Reykjavik, a tour of Geysir and Gullfoss and the South Shore.

Reykjavík Grand Excursion, duration 3 hours
A tour visiting the museums, the City center, Reykjavík harbour and the Pearl, a special observatory with fantastic panorama of the City. The aim of the tour is to give some insight into the Icelandic society and how Reykjavík has developed from a small fishing village into a modern capital.

Golden Circle Tour, duration 8 hours
A tour that shows you the sights in southern Iceland and gives you a taste of cultural and geological history as well as having a peak at how Icelanders use the forces employed in the islands creation to their benefit – thermal heat. Þingvellir, Gullfoss falls and the Geysir area with its bubbling activity are 3 of Iceland’s highlights – wonders of nature as well as sites of historical significance.

South Shore Adventure, duration 10 hours
An extensive look at Iceland’s south coast, from Reykjavík to Vík, the southernmost town. On this tour we travel through the scene of the Saga of Njall, visit waterfalls Seljalandsfoss and Skógafoss, have a view of Mýrdalsjökull – glacier the home to sub glacial volcano Katla and a visit to the glaciers edge at one of its glacier tongues. Lunch stop at the village of Vík followed by a walk on the black sands and view of the awe inspiring Dyrhólaey sea arch.

Blue Lagoon and Reykjanes Penninsula, duration 6 hours
A tour that starts with a drive to Bessastaðir, the residence of the President of Iceland, the town of Grindavík and the Blue Lagoon. The Blue Lagoon is a unique wonder of nature, situated in the middle of a lava field and filled with pleasantly warm geothermal water. Excellent bathing facilities and restaurant.

ICELAND VACATION - Blue Lagoon

Blue Lagoon – Evening Tour / Winter Northern Lights, duration 3,5 hours
Enjoy a peaceful and tranquil evening at the Blue Lagoon, famous for its unique bathing and healing powers. Between late autumn and early spring the northern lights are often seen dancing in the sky. When conditions are right we will make a stop in the lava fields far away from the city lights and experience the spectacular display of undulating colors.

Riding Tours

The Icelandic horse is unique in many ways. The horses we have today are direct descendants of the horses brought by the Vikings during the settlement. It is intermediate in size and has 5 gaits, 1 more than any other horse type, the 'tölt'.
For all our riding tours riding helmet, rainwear or warm outfit is supplied as well as gloves and boots.

Lava Riding Tour, duration 3 hours
An adventurous ride through the lava fields around Mt. Helgafell or Lake Hvaleyrarvatn. Riders of all experience levels can participate in this tour.
Included: Guided riding tour, (with or without lunch), pick up and drop off at hotel.

Blue Lagoon Riding Tour (with lunch), duration 5-6 hours
An introduction to the Icelandic horse. 1 ½ hours riding, full, warm lunch and then a drive to the enchanting Blue Lagoon for a swim or a relaxing bath. No riding experience needed.
Included: Guided riding tour, lunch buffet, the Blue Lagoon entrance fee and a towel.

Jeep tours

Iceland is a beautiful, vast and mountainous island and with our jeep tours we offer a comfortable way of visiting its various areas of wonder in the security and comfort of a super jeep.

For your consideration:
Wear good, comfortable walking boots/shoes and pack appropriate clothes.

Þingvellir and the Langjökull Glacier, duration 9-11 hours.
From Reykjavík we drive to Þingvellir National Park, site of the ancient Viking parliament. We drive through the barren mountain pass of Kaldidalur (the Cold Valley) to the glacier Langjökull, where we will be equipped with crampons and ice axes for a glacier walk under professional supervision (easy level). From Langjökull we continue to Hallmundarhraun, a lava area where Surtshellir, Iceland's biggest and most spectacular lava cave is to be found. After caving, the group will continue down the Borgarfjördur valley and visit the waterfalls of Hraunfossar and Barnafoss, pass the historic site of Reykholt and Europe's biggest hot spring before returning to Reykjavík via the fjord Hvalfjördur.
Included: Jeep tour with driver-guide, snowshoes or crampons, headlights
Not Included: Lunch and beverages. Departures: Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 09:00 (guaranteed with minimum 2 passengers). Other days at 09:00 upon request minimum 3 passengers.

*During thaw period in the spring we might have to drive the Kjós road from Þingvellir to the glacier. During winter we can not guarantee access to the Surtshellir cave

Northern Lights and Lobsters, duration 4 - 5 hours
We head for the south coast away from the lights of the city and from here we start our hunt for the Auroras Borealis with the aim of exploring one of the region’s lava caves, famous for its beautiful ice and lava formations. We put on our helmets and lights and explore the cave’s “crystal palace” of ice. Coming out from the underworld we continue our quest for the northern lights as we drive to one of the best known seafood restaurants in Iceland for an unforgettable Lobster feast. After a delicious dinner we drive into the night and look out for the mysterious lights once again as we head back to Reykjavik.

Pearl Tour and Activities, duration 9-10 hours
Departure from Reykjavík in a guided super truck to Thingvellir, where the oldest parliament in the world was established and the tectonic plates meet, between North America and Europe. On we go to the famous Geysir area. After lunch and a walk at Geysir we will drive on for a look at Gullfoss “the golden waterfall". From there we will drive to Langjökull, Iceland's second biggest glacier for a snowmobile ride.
Then we head through the countryside to the explosion crater Kerið, before driving on to Reykjavík.
Included: Guided super truck tour, snow mobile tour, overall-, glove- and helmet rental. Price based on 2 sharing a snowmobile.

Snow Mobile Safari, duration: 3-5 hours
Head out of the city to the mountain plateau of Hellisheidi or Lyngdalsheidi where the snow mobiles are located and waiting for you. We provide all participants with warm overalls, gloves and helmets. There will be some off road driving in the super jeeps on your way to or from the snow mobile location.
Included: Return transfer from your hotel to snow mobile location, snow mobile tour, overall-, glove- and helmet rental. Price based on 2 sharing a snowmobile.

One day Car Rental with a CD guide

For the independent traveler who wants to set his own pace while still enjoying professional guidance. One day car rental with unlimited mileage, a CD to play the guide and a map of the tour. Available in English, French and German. The “guide” directs you to places of interest and tells you about the area as you travel along.

Golden Circle
Drive from Reykjavík to the Geysir geothermal area, Gullfoss waterfall and Þingvellir National Park among other highlights of the area before returning back to Reykjavik.

South Coast
Drive to the villages Eyrarbakki and Stokkseyri at the seaside, excellent for beachwalks and onto Hvolsvöllur the scene of Njal´s Saga and the Saga center. To Seljalandsfoss and the magnificent Skógafoss and continue to Mýrdalsjökull for an optional glacier adventure. Continue along the south coast to view Dyrhólaey a magical rock formation on the beach. Before returning to Reykjavík.

Reykjanes Adventure Tour
Takes you from Reykjavík to the neaby town of Hafnarfjörður, the Viking Villlage and the West Nordic culture center. Onto lake Kleifarvatn, with its amazing geological activity. To Svartsengi power station and multimedia center and the Blue Lagoon for an optional bath. Around the tip of Reykjanes penninsula, to Garðskagi lighthouse with its birdlife, white beaches and folk museum. To the town of Keflavík enroute back to Reykjavík.

WONDERS AT THE SEA WITH CRUISE

For nature lovers this is definitely a “must see” location in Iceland. You will see and experience wonderful scenery and sail on the amazing Breiðafjörður bay. This bay is known for its stunning beauty with the perfect frame of mountains high and low, highlighting the scenery.

On the southern islands of Breiðafjörður bay is a fantastic variety of bird life, including puffins, eider ducks, kittiwakes, fulmars, cormorants and the white-tailed eagle. A high point of the boat tour is when a net is hauled in and everyone can taste the shellfish and sea-urchin roe (caviar).

LANGJÖKULL GLACIER TOUR

Express bus tour from Reykjavík to white water action on the Hvítá glacial river. Floatation suits are provided at the departing point Drumboddsstaðir farm before going upstream and rafting down the varied glacier river rapids.

HENGILL GEOTHERMAL AREA

GO WEST-SNÆFELLSNES
This tour goes through Borgarnes to the enchanting small villages, beautiful coastline and picturesque rock formations of the Snæfellsnes peninsula. There is a possibility of a snowmobile tour to the top of Snæfellsjökull glacier, or a birdwatching cruise with sea-food tasting.
