Grand Hotel Terminus
anno 1928
Zander Kaaesgt. 6
Bergen, Norway
Grand Hotel Terminus in Bergen was built in 1928. The same year,
the hotel was awarded the A C Houen's prize for good architecture. A
preservation order has been proposed for the hotel relating to the law
on cultural heritage.
This
order concerns the facade, the ground floor, lounges in
the cellar, and the stairway. The hotel has reopened its original cafe,
where the style and atmosphere of the
period is reflected. The hotel is centrally located adjacent to the
railway station. |
